Digital watches — the Vo series
30-day satisfaction guarantee
You can return your digital watch within 30-days from purchase date for a full refund including shipping costs. You are responsible for shipping costs to us, but you do not need to include the original packaging with your return.
1 year limited warranty
If your digital watch is defective in material or workmanship, you can return your watch within 1 year of the purchase date. We will repair or replace the watch at our discretion, free of repair charges. A $5.75 return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty service. The warranty does not cover:
- damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear
- indirect or consequential damage resulting from the defects or inaccuracy or inoperativeness of the watch
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other
factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
5 year limited warranty
If your analog watch is defective in material or workmanship, you can return your watch within 5 years of the purchase date. We will repair or replace the watch at our discretion, free of repair charges. A $5.75 return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty service.
The warranty does not cover:
- damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear
